RevStar Consulting Inc is seeking a Databricks Engineer to design and optimize data pipelines, enabling AI/ML production workloads across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You will collaborate with data architects and client leaders to deliver scalable Lakehouse solutions and robust data governance.

The role emphasizes CI/CD, IaC, and production-grade feature engineering with MLflow in a cloud-agnostic environment. A remote-first culture supports flexible collaboration across time zones.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering with big data and cloud-native architectures.
• 2+ years with Databricks including Spark, Delta Lake, MLflow.
• Databricks Certification: Databricks Certified Data Engineer Associate or higher.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and Spark-based frameworks.
• Experience building and optimizing large-scale ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Strong understanding of Lakehouse architecture and cloud-agnostic data solutions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure-as-Code for Databricks (Terraform, Databricks CLI).
• Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance practices.
• Experience in Agile development, DevOps/MLOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Spark and Delta Lake across multi-cloud environments.
• Automate data ingestion and storage workflows for analytics and reporting.
• Fine-tune Spark jobs for low latency and cost-efficiency, and implement monitoring frameworks.
• Build CI/CD pipelines and IaC for automated Databricks deployments.
• Partner with data scientists to operationalize AI/ML models and features.
