• Coach team members in agile delivery methods, technical consultation, and solution deployment activities.
• Review technical deliverables and validate that architecture and integration decisions support the intended outcome.
• Identify opportunities to use emerging technologies, AI fluency, and digital tooling to improve delivery approaches.
• Build client relationships to understand experience goals and translate them into actionable data and technology results.
• Address delivery issues, escalating risks when needed, and uphold professional standards including information security.
