Revolut Ltd in Argentina is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager (Data Protection and AI) to join the second line of defence. You will apply your data protection expertise to design and oversee oversight and compliance across products and operations.

The role emphasizes risk monitoring, training, and advising business teams while ensuring alignment with GDPR and local regulations. Remote work from Argentina is supported and encouraged.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in data protection.
• Understanding of innovative financial services and banking products.
• Knowledge of data protection frameworks, regulatory recommendations, and risk management in a complex financial organisation.
• Familiarity with global requirements for data protection controls.
• Understanding of industry-wide data protection practices and trends.
• Expertise in identifying data risks and advising on mitigations.
• Track record of stakeholder management and collaboration.
• Fluency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintaining and updating data protection policies, ensuring they're applied across operations and product lines
• Overseeing and supporting the identification and resolution of data protection risks
• Providing 2LoD advisory and challenge to business teams and 1LoD functions on products, processes, and controls
• Developing and supporting data protection training and awareness programmes for employees
• Monitoring, reporting, and escalating risk trends through dashboards and governance committees to inform senior management decisions
