Job summary

Telos Media is seeking a Data Migration Lead to join a global client project, driving planning and execution of critical data migrations for an automotive enterprise. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, define migration approach, controls and risk strategies, and ensure data readiness for the target system.

English proficiency required; full-time, 100% remote with UTC 9:00–17:00 hours. You will report progress to senior stakeholders and collaborate across workstreams to minimize

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Migration Lead or Team Lead in large-scale programs.
• Strong knowledge of data migration methodology: extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation and loading.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across multiple workstreams.
• Ability to define migration controls and risk management strategies.
• Experience with S/4HANA or ERP migration programs (preferred).
• Intermediate to advanced English; interviews in English and daily work in English.
• Availability to work in UTC timezone (9:00–17:00).
