JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a seasoned analytics professional to enable automation and build scalable data tools. You will drive process improvements, collaborate with global teams on data projects, and coach analysts to meet tight production deadlines.

Formación

• 5+ years’ experience in financial analytics, data operations, data management, or a closely related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or another quantitative discipline.
• Advanced Excel, Alteryx and Tableau or similar analytics/visualization tools capabilities (analysis, reconciliation, data-quality validation/checks).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a time-sensitive environment.
• Proven ability to design, build, and automate data architectures, processes, and workflows.
• Experience delivering end-to-end analytics outputs, including dashboard development.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.
• Working knowledge of financial instruments and multi-asset markets.
• Hands-on experience using Databricks for analytics and reporting/dashboarding use cases.
