Service Express is seeking a Pricing Specialist I to support the sales group through the quoting process for data center warranty services. The role involves configuring, pricing, and loading quotes while coordinating with multiple internal teams.

You will develop accurate proposals, research pricing, and ensure records reflect pricing rationales and discounts. Strong Excel skills and analytical thinking are essential.

Formación

• Proficient in Excel (v-lookups, pivot tables, advanced formulas).
• Strong numerical sense with ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Analytical thinker who solves problems and explains pricing rationale.

Responsabilidades

• Independently generate well-developed, accurate, and clearly formatted quote proposals.
• Meet department quote volume and quality standards and adhere to turnaround expectations.
• Research pricing data including list pricing, contract pricing, equipment specs, and SLA changes.
• Input accurate and up-to-date records on pricing decisions and discounts.
• Understand IT equipment and data center configurations to price accurately.
• Interpret equipment scripts to extract configuration data for product types.
• Attend meetings and stay current on impacts to job and team.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Ops, Presales, Product, Sales, Finance, Operations.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis.
• Possibility of specialization by relationship type and revenue type.
