AgileEngine in Argentina is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

The role requires expertise in SQL and Tableau, Python, and experience with data warehousing, with a strong focus on delivering actionable narratives using Streamlit and AI coding tools. Flexible, remote/office options are available to support collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, incl. maintaining/migrating Tableau models.
• Hands-on Python development experience.
• Experience using AI coding tools Claude Code or Cursor.
• Excel or Google Sheets proficiency for ad-hoc analysis.
• Strong data warehousing & data pipeline knowledge.
• Ability to validate and maintain data models & calculations.
• Experience with remote collaboration tools (GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to build dashboards and reports and turn large datasets into clear insights for senior leaders and product teams.

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years of SQL development experience; experience writing and optimizing SQL queries across large datasets.
• 3+ years of Tableau development experience, including hands-on experience maintaining existing Tableau models and/or migrating them to Streamlit.
• Prior hands-on Python development experience (prioritized over Snowflake where only one can be prioritized).
• Prior practical, hands-on experience using AI coding tools, specifically Claude Code or Cursor, across coding, SQL, analysis, testing, and research; familiarity or a willingness to learn alone is not sufficient, as these are the primary tools used by the team.
• Excel / Google Spreadsheets proficiency for running ad-hoc analysis.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing and data pipeline concepts.
• Ability to maintain and validate existing data models and calculations to ensure accurate reporting.
• Experience working in an environment that leverages remote communication and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Slack, JIRA).
• Upper-intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• 2+ years of Snowflake development experience.
