Job summary

AscentPath.AI is hiring a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights for universities and nonprofit partners. You’ll transform complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance that drives smarter decisions and improves campaign results.

Collaborating with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners, you’ll build dashboards, identify trends, and strengthen reporting systems to support data-driven marketing decisions

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in analytics or marketing data
• Proven ability to build dashboards and reports
• Experience turning CRM data into insights

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends
• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights
• Support data accuracy and conversion tracking
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams
• Evaluate new analytics tools to support growth
• Translate data into actionable recommendations
