CookUnity is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across higher education and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on turning complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable guidance to improve campaigns and decision making.

You'll collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards, identify trends, and strengthen reporting systems.

Competenze

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.
• Analytical, organized, and solutions-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced agency environments.
• Native or near-native English fluency.
