Job summary

Myremota is seeking a Data & Analytics Manager to lead reporting, analytics strategy, and performance insights across universities and nonprofit partners. This remote role focuses on transforming complex marketing and CRM data into clear, actionable insights to improve campaigns and decision-making.

You will work with Paid Media, Account Services, Leadership, and external partners to build dashboards and identify trends, while supporting data accuracy and analytics processes across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics or marketing data experience.
• Strong reporting, dashboard, and data visualization skills.
• Experience with marketing KPIs and lead generation reporting.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce, Hubspot, or Slate.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems.
• Analyze marketing and CRM data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Support conversion tracking and data accuracy across platforms.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Account Services, and Leadership teams.
• Help improve analytics processes and reporting operations.
