Cognizant is seeking a CyberSecurity Architect focused on governance, risk and compliance to design and maintain security policies, standards, and controls protecting enterprise systems in a hybrid work environment.

You will drive cloud security, CSPM, and secure architectures for microservices, containers, APIs and CI/CD pipelines across global stakeholders.

Formación

• Strong background in Cybersecurity, Security Architecture and Security Engineering.
• Hands-on experience securing AWS environments and hybrid infrastructure.
• Experience designing architectures for microservices, containers, APIs, CI/CD and DevSecOps.
• Knowledge of CSPM, KMS, encryption, cryptography and secrets management.
• Ability to translate risks into enterprise security architecture improvements and controls.

Responsabilidades

• Define the target security architecture aligned with G2G requirements.
• Drive improvements identified through Gartner / Mandiant security assessments.
• Establish and govern security architecture standards across enterprise and cloud.
• Lead cloud security enforcement and CSPM practices.
• Define architecture for key management, encryption and cryptographic controls.
• Design secure enterprise architectures enabling cloud adoption, DevSecOps and modern platforms.
• Provide security guidance for microservices, containers, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

Job Summary

Serve as a CyberSecurity Architect focused on governance risk and compliance designing and maintaining security policies standards and controls that protect enterprise systems and data in a hybrid work environment while ensuring regulatory alignment and supporting secure cards and payments services for global stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define the target security architecture, aligned with G2G requirements, including security controls, architectural patterns, and separation guidelines.
• Drive improvements identified through Gartner / Mandiant security assessments.
• Establish and govern security architecture standards across enterprise and cloud environments.
• Lead cloud security enforcement and CSPM practices.
• Define architecture and governance for key management, encryption, and cryptographic controls.
• Design and govern secure enterprise architectures that enable cloud adoption, DevSecOps, and modern application platforms while maintaining compliance, resilience, and effective risk reduction.
• Provide security architecture guidance for microservices, containers, APIs, and CI/CD pipelines.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Strong background in Cybersecurity, specifically Security Architecture and Security Engineering.
• Significant hands-on experience securing AWS environments and hybrid infrastructure.
• Strong expertise designing security architectures for:
  • Microservices
  • Containers
  • APIs
  • CI/CD and DevSecOps ecosystems
• Experience with Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and cloud security controls.
• Knowledge of Key Management Systems (KMS), encryption, cryptography, and secrets management.
• Ability to translate security risks and assessment findings into enterprise security architecture improvements and technical controls.
