A leading accommodation provider is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and German and have experience in customer service. Responsibilities include answering messages and calls from guests, working with IT systems for reservations, and troubleshooting guest issues. This role offers a fully remote working environment with flexible hours and a competitive salary starting from $185,640 monthly.

Formación

  • Must have a high level of English (C1) and German (C1).

We are a German accommodation company which is specialised in offering accommodations of various sizes in different locations. Our aim is to provide our clients with a home in a strange city and make their staying the most comfortable. We want our guests to enjoy their trip without any hassle and rely on the high-quality services provided by us. We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to welcome to our team.

Responsibilities
  • Answering chat messages of our guests
  • Answering phone calls of guests
  • Working with web-based IT systems like reservations systems, online keyless access systems, call center solution
  • Troubleshooting and solving guest problems with our team
Qualifications
  • High English level (C1) and German (C1)
  • Work experience as a customer service
  • Quick comprehension and organization
  • Ability to work independentlyStress resistance
  • Sense of responsibility for apartments and guests
  • Advantage: familiarity with programs like PMS “Guesty”, CLINQ call center workOS and hospitality experience
