A rapidly growing eCommerce startup is looking for a Scale Programs Specialist to drive success for small and mid-sized customers. In this role, you will analyze programs, identify churn risks, and facilitate customer engagement to ensure satisfaction. You will need 1-2 years in a customer-facing role and strong communication skills in English.
