We are currently hiring an Customer Onboarding Specialist to join our Sales Department. The purpose of this role is to ensure a successful onboarding for new clients as they transition from prospective customer to paying customer. This is the most important phase of the customer lifecycle, and the Customer Onboarding Specialist is responsible for establishing the solid foundation that drives customers’ future successes. Onboarding Specialists work in conjunction with the sales team, specifically our Account Executives, who are in charge of closing deals for new customers.

Successful Onboarders have an obsession for accuracy, a passion for helping others and problem solving, a natural knack for sales, and a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. This mid-level position is the starting point for building a successful career at the company and in the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) industry.
