A leading crowdfunding platform is seeking a Customer Master Data Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining customer-related data across internal ERPs. You will also assist with new customer setups and data inquiries while collaborating with departments such as Finance and Marketing in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate will have strong English skills and some background in data management, ensuring accurate data processing and efficiency improvements.

The Customer Master Data Specialist is responsible for creating and maintaining customer-related data across multiple internal ERPs. This role also includes answering inquiries about customer data, supporting new customer setups and changes, and collaborating with business units such as Finance, Sales, Marketing, and Distribution in a data-driven, customer-centric environment.

Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of contact providing support in customer account creation and maintenance for our European divisions.
• Handle, track, and execute customer master data related requests.
• Stay connected with Finance, Sales, Marketing, Division Support, Accounts Receivable, Distributor Finance, Pricing and Claims, and other functions to ensure smooth processing of new customer setups and changes.
• Analyze system data and advise on requests related to chain and sub-chain changes on accounts.
• Continuously clean up the system to ensure accurate information.
• Prepare batch files for mass setups or change requests.
• Identify process inefficiencies and recommend improvements, and create ad-hoc training materials.
• Run regular operational reports based on incoming requests.
• Respond to e‑mail inquiries from multiple business units in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• English language knowledge – C1 spoken and written.
• Proficiency in another Western European language is considered beneficial but not essential.
• Previous data management experience is highly valued.
• Excel basics are a must.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service, or another support function is a plus.

Remote role based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
