Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy Development & Execution: Define and execute Newell’s commercial strategy in line with our growth model, covering all areas and strategic customers.
  • 5P’s Execution: Oversee the execution of product, price, promotion, place, and positioning strategies, ensuring the best shopping experience and sales growth.
  • Performance Tracking: Set and monitor KPIs to ensure excellent execution, adjusting strategies as needed.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Customer Marketing / Trade Marketing for consumer goods companies with expertise in the Modern trade channel.
  • Proven track record in defining commercial strategies aligned with company growth and profitability.
  • Strong leadership skills with exceptional interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced to Fluent English.
