Job summary

HumanGood is seeking a Janitor for a full-time, temporary assignment. Shifts run Wednesday through Sunday, 9 am to 5 pm, with pay ranging from $20 to $24 per hour depending on experience.

Under supervision, you will maintain the interior and exterior of the community in line with quality, cleanliness, safety, and regulatory standards. As a member of the environmental services team, you will represent the organization professionally and contribute to resident satisfaction.

Under general supervision, the Janitor is responsible for maintaining the interior and exterior of the community per established policies, procedures, Company standards of quality, cleanliness, resident satisfaction, safety and security, and regulatory agency requirements. Demonstrates and promotes service excellence and patient confidentiality at all times. As a representative and team member of the environmental services department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures resident satisfaction.
