Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Creative Project Manager to plan and oversee creative campaigns and assets from kickoff to delivery. You will coordinate schedules, track deadlines, and serve as the main contact for cross-functional teams in a marketing/agency setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of experience managing creative projects, with strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience with PM tools like Asana or Trello is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, Trello).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with creative workflows from design to content development.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines in collaboration with designers, copywriters, and strategists.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage workload and resources to meet project objectives.
• Track progress with regular reporting and identify at-risk tasks.
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
