Qualifications

• 2+ years of creative/marketing project management experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficiency with PM tools like Asana, Monday.com, Wrike, or Trello.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication abilities and stakeholder updates.
• Understanding of creative processes within marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create & Maintain Project Timelines: Develop and adjust project schedules in platforms like Asana, prioritizing tasks and milestones across multiple campaigns.
• Coordinate Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and strategists to assign tasks and monitor progress.
• Manage Workload & Resources: Assess team capacity and redistribute tasks to meet objectives.
• Track & Report Progress: Identify at-risk tasks and keep stakeholders updated on status.
• Optimize Processes: Suggest and implement workflow improvements for creative ops.
• Facilitate Communication: Serve as main touchpoint for internal teams with regular status updates.
