Target’s Starbucks Barista role offers a friendly, fast-paced entry into retail where guest experience is paramount. You’ll craft handcrafted beverages and food to spec, maintain safety standards, and help guests with a welcoming, attentive service approach.

Teamwork and flexibility are valued, with shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays. Prior Starbucks or food service is preferred but not required; full training will prepare you for success.

Formación

• Previous Starbucks/food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsabilidades

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet guests and initiate warm interaction at 4ft.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing beverages and food to specifications.
• Follow all food safety requirements and maintain quality control.
