Novo Nordisk A/S in Argentina is seeking a Clinical Research Associate to ensure accurate execution of clinical trials across the country. You will liaison between Novo Nordisk and trial sites, uphold ICH-GCP standards, and safeguard patient safety throughout the study lifecycle.

The role requires a health sciences degree, 1–2 years CRA experience, solid English, travel roughly twice per month, and strong attention to detail and communication skills to manage site relationships and data

Formación

  • University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, QFB or related health sciences.
  • 1-2 years of proven CRA monitoring experience.
  • Intermediate to advanced English (written and spoken).

  • Monitor clinical trial sites across Argentina per ICH-GCP and study protocols.
  • Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits.
  • Review and verify source documents for data quality and regulatory submissions.
  • Build strong relationships with principal investigators and site staff.
  • Manage eTMF documentation and IVRS systems.
  • Identify and resolve site issues, escalate when needed.
  • Travel within Argentina approximately twice per month.

As a Clinical Research Associate, you'll play a critical role in the successful execution of clinical trials across Argentina. You'll be the vital link between Novo Nordisk and clinical trial sites, ensuring that our studies are conducted with integrity, in compliance with global standards, and with patient safety as the top priority.

Your responsibilities will include:

Monitoring clinical trial sites across Argentina to ensure compliance with ICH-GCP guidelines, study protocols, and regulatory requirements

Conducting site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits at investigator sites

Reviewing and verifying source documents, ensuring data quality and integrity for submission to regulatory authorities

Building strong relationships with principal investigators, study coordinators, and site staff to support successful trial execution

Managing eTMF documentation and IVRS systems, ensuring accurate and timely data entry

Identifying and resolving site-level issues proactively, escalating when necessary

Traveling within Argentina approximately twice per month to visit clinical trial sites

Your new department

Within International Operations, Clinical Trials Operations is responsible for the operational execution of clinical studies that bring innovative treatments to patients. Our team works across diverse therapy areas, collaborating with investigators, healthcare professionals, and cross-functional partners to ensure every trial meets rigorous quality standards. Your work will directly contribute to expanding access to breakthrough medicines for patients living with serious chronic diseases.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for an experienced Clinical Research Associate who is passionate about clinical research and committed to patient safety. You'll bring with you:

University degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, QFB (Chemical Pharmaceutical Biology) or related health sciences

1- 2 years of proven experience as a CRA monitoring clinical trials

Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (written and spoken)

Solid working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines, Argentine regulatory framework, and clinical trial platforms including eTMF and IVRS

Availability to travel within Argentina approximately twice per month

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple sites simultaneously

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build effective relationships with site personnel
