Role Overview

As Manager of Corporate Strategy, you will develop high‑impact strategies to fuel profitable growth, advise business leaders, shape operating models, and execute initiatives that deliver value and impact across the firm.

Responsibilities

• Trusted Advisor: Collaborate with senior management to formulate growth strategies and provide data‑driven recommendations.
• Sentinel: Monitor market dynamics, competitor strategies, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and threats, and update senior leadership on landscape changes.
• Strategic Orchestrator: Engage key stakeholders and cross‑functional teams to implement strategic initiatives, facilitate communication, and ensure alignment and execution success.
• Operating Model Architect: Partner with CEOs to design future‑proof operating models that embrace work, workforce, workplace, technology, ecosystems, and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, or a related field. MBA from a tier‑1 institute is preferred.
• Post‑MBA experience of 3‑5 years in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy, growth & innovation, business transformation, M&A, shareholder value analysis, organizational strategy, or operating model design.
• Fluent in English.
