Qualifications

• Qualified in occupational health or claims management.
• Experience in OHS (occupational safety and health).
• Strong background in managing injuries and rehabilitation, preferably in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Implement process safety projects and improvements in production areas.
• Lead implementation and monitoring of Process Safety standards ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Assist and drive cultural transformation in Process Safety and HSE to achieve zero accidents.
• Coordinate and oversee Safety programs including PHA/HAZOP and MOC.
• Conduct risk assessments and document findings with action plans.
