Trilogy Health Services in Peru, IN is seeking a Cook to prepare and serve high-quality meals that support residents' health. You will follow established safety and sanitation standards and help create a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include preparing scratch-made meals per menus, assisting with inventory, storing foods properly, and supervising dietary staff when needed. The role offers weekly pay, a robust benefits package, and opportunities for growth.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years cooking experience preferred.
• Ability to follow recipes and safety guidelines.

• Assist the Food Service Manager with inventory control and ordering supplies.
• Properly store food and kitchen supplies to maintain freshness and prevent waste.
• Supervise and support Dietary staff when the Food Service Manager is unavailable.
• Set up breakfast bars, steam tables, and other meal service stations.
• Maintain cleanliness in work areas and ensure kitchen cleaning tasks are completed.
• Prepare and stock snacks and pantry items for resident areas.
• Utilize technology and computerized systems to create a great dining experience for residents and families.

Position Overview

As a Cook you will play a vital role in preparing and serving high-quality meals that support the health and well‑being of residents. You will ensure all food is prepared according to established safety and sanitation standards while creating a positive dining experience.
