Literally Media's Know Your Meme team is seeking a talented writer who understands what goes viral online and can craft engaging, youthful voice articles across major social platforms.

You will research trends, verify facts, edit copy, and produce about five pieces daily while collaborating with an international, cross-functional team. Start ASAP; full-time role in Argentina.

Literally Media’s beloved and well-known staple site Know Your Meme is looking for a talented writer to join the team. This writer is someone who knows what’s going viral online, is active on all major social media platforms and follows the right subreddits. They approach their writing style in a professional yet playful way, and can create articles that speak in a fresh and youthful voice. They will also be familiar with data analysis in order to adapt to the ebbs and flows of internet traffic trends.

Requirements:

• Experience and/or a deep understanding of content creation and internet culture
• Excellent research, trendspotting and fact-checking skills
• Exceptional writing and editing skills
• A quick hand on the keyboard and great time management skills (you will be writing ~5 articles per day)
• Excellent people skills to interact with a cross-functional international team

Time commitment: Full-time
