PwC Acceleration Center Buenos Aires is seeking a Contact Center Tax Specialist to support client tax needs by handling detailed partnership tax tasks, researching issues, and addressing local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance.

You will work with PwC teams across Tax Services, providing specialized knowledge, analyzing data from multiple sources, and ensuring accurate documentation for client service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree is a plus

Responsabilidades

• Handling contact center tax inquiries and providing specialized guidance on partnership tax matters
• Reviewing client information and supporting local, foreign income, and transaction tax compliance activities
• Researching tax regulations and applying technical standards to resolve detailed questions and issues
• Preparing draft responses, workpapers, and documentation for tax consulting and compliance support
• Analyzing data from multiple sources to identify patterns, variances, and filing impacts
• Coordinating with internal tax teams to route issues, track progress, and support project delivery
• Documenting case activity, findings, and follow-up actions in tracking systems and client records
• Applying tax knowledge and client service skills to support a fast-paced contact center environment
• Understanding the importance of responsible Information Management, including Information Security and Data Protection
• Ensuring correct Information Security Management practices
