Job summary

Dowbuilt is seeking a Service Manager to lead service operations in the San Juan Islands region. You will oversee client relations, warranty delineations, proposals, and service agreements while coordinating with project teams.

You will manage budgeting, staff development, procurement, and billing processes to ensure efficient service delivery. A strong focus on safety, communication, and long-term client satisfaction is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in project management or 5+ years in team management.
• Some construction experience and ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Proficient in MS Office and cloud-based project management tools; Sage 300 CRE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain timely, effective communication with team, field, clients, and stakeholders.
• Manage service department budgets, schedules, and documentation throughout project life cycles.
• Lead service team check-ins, training, and performance development; coordinate staffing with Recruiting Manager.
• Oversee procurement/AP: subcontractor docs, invoices, and material orders.
• Oversee billing/AR: verify entries, pre-billing, and client communications.
