Compensation Planning and Analysis Manager

The Compensation Planning & Analysis (CP&A) Manager is involved with financial analyses to advise and support Strategic Planning and Analysis (SP&A) leadership as well as senior leadership across Finance and HR. This role is involved in the creation and messaging of payroll insights to the C-Suite, Board of Directors and other key stakeholders.

• Work as part of the Profitability and Operating Cost Strategy and broader SP&A Corporate Finance team to assist with financial analysis in preparation for quarterly earnings releases and board meetings as well as in developing strategies and interventions to delivery Accenture’s longer-term imperative to grow faster than the market, invest in the business while expanding margins and delivering returns to shareholders.
• Perform monthly compensation and headcount analytics to proactively identify issues and trends in the business and incorporating that data and logic into forecasting compensation and headcount metrics
• Help define and manage compensation strategies from a financial point of view and assess impact on overall profitability
• Act as day-to-day Finance SME on various aspects of compensation, including various compensation and benefit programs, headcount and chargeability data, and the various digital tools (SAP, Accenture Talent Planning, Insights Marketplace, Workday, PowerBI, etc.)
• Proactively evaluate and build efficiencies into current analytics and modeling to help add value and deliver insights more quickly and support the changing needs of the business
• Analyze overall payroll affordability; support and advise HR on key drivers
• Support various ad hoc compensation, retirement & other benefit program analysis and reviews
• Must have - Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 7 years of Accenture Finance experience
• Advanced English level Good to have
