A leading technology firm in Buenos Aires is looking for a Commercial Specialist to provide comprehensive commercial expertise. The role requires executing as 'Commercial Lead' on projects, controlling financial information, and assessing commercial risks, specifically in the Oil and Gas industry. Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related areas.
• 3 years’ experience working with Proposals and Contracts.
• Experience working in Engineering or Project-based companies in the Oil and Gas Industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills with detail orientation.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Commercial Specialist – ROSEN

Location: Buenos Aires

For our location in Buenos Aires, ROSEN is looking for a Commercial Specialist that can provide commercial expertise and ensure that commercial risks are evaluated and taken into account when providing commercial information to customers.

Responsibilities

• Execute the role of "Commercial Lead" within the assigned projects.
• Provide and control all essential financial/commercial information (bid-, contract-, project- and company-) considering requirements & rules, commercial risk assessment, project budget and cash‑flow projection.
• Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks.
• Supervise financial targets by monitoring costs and revenue, based on budget and cash‑flow projections.
• Identify, analyze and assess commercial risks of projects in line with company rules, customer expectations and sales strategy.
• Create / estimate project budget and cash‑flow.
• Provide alternative commercial solutions.
• Track, determine and update financial status by analyzing actual results in comparison with forecasts.
• Support the Sales / Project / Procurement teams during financial/commercial negotiations with customer and subcontractor.
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration and/or related areas.
• 3 years’ experience working with Proposals and Contracts.
• Experience working in Engineering or Project based companies in the Oil and Gas Industry is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbally in Spanish and English.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, detail orientation and customer orientation skills, high level of urgency and ability to work independently.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a fast paced environment.
