Job Description

Our client, a growing renovations company, is seeking a high-energy, articulate, and resilient Cold Calling Agent to join their sales team. This company delivers full-service home remodeling and renovation work, including kitchen and bathroom remodels, decks, siding, and roofing.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Your primary goal is to generate qualified leads and set appointments for the Sales team. You must be comfortable working in a high-volume outbound environment and possess specific knowledge of the Home Improvement or Real Estate industry to effectively connect with homeowners.

Key Responsibilities
  • High-Volume Outbound Calling: Execute a high volume of outbound calls daily to homeowners using a predictive dialer.

  • Lead Qualification: Engage homeowners in professional conversations to identify their renovation needs (kitchen, bath, roofing, siding, etc.) and qualify them based on budget and timeline.

  • Appointment Setting: Convert cold conversations into scheduled consultations/appointments for Project Managers.

  • Objection Handling: Skillfully overcome common objections and gatekeepers to reach decision-makers.

  • CRM & Data Management: Accurately record call notes, customer details, and disposition codes in the system to ensure data integrity.

  • KPI Achievement: Meet or exceed daily and weekly targets for dials made, connection time, and appointments set.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • High English Proficiency: Near-native (C1/C2) verbal communication skills with a neutral accent. You must be able to build rapport quickly and sound local to the US market.

  • Industry Experience: Previous experience in Home Services, Renovations, Real Estate or Construction is strictly required. You must understand terminology regarding remodeling, roofing, siding, etc.

  • Cold Calling Experience: Proven track record in outbound telemarketing or inside sales. You must have "thick skin" and be comfortable handling rejection.

  • Schedule Availability: Ability to work strictly on Pacific Time (PST) business hours.

  • Tech Savvy: Reliable high-speed internet, a noise-canceling headset, and a quiet workspace.

Nice-to-Have
  • CallTools Proficiency: Previous experience using CallTools predictive dialer is a major plus.

  • Experience with other dialers (Five9, ViciDial, RingCentral) or CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
