Job summary

You will help with participant scheduling, data entry, regulatory binders, monitoring visits preparation, and study material logistics while maintaining confidentiality and adherence to study protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Prior healthcare, administrative, or clinical research experience preferred but not necessarily required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology preferred.
• Ability to follow study protocols and written procedures.
• Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn clinical research systems.
• Commitment to participant confidentiality and ethical research practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Clinical Research Coordinators and investigators with study-related activities.
• Maintain accurate and organized research documentation.
• Support participant scheduling and study visit preparation.
• Assist with approved data entry and document tracking.
• Help maintain regulatory binders and essential study documents.
• Support preparation for monitoring visits and quality reviews.
• Coordinate study supplies and research materials.
• Assist with follow-up activities under appropriate supervision.
• Maintain confidentiality of participant and study information.
