Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification.
• 2+ years of experience in a role with similar responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multiple team members to deliver site activation or amendments within assigned projects.
• Coordinate information flow between internal teams, clients, or departments involved in site activation or amendments.
• Develop plans and guidelines for project implementation.
• Monitor project status and provide metrics and status updates to senior team members and/or upper management.
• Perform risk identification and contingency planning.
• Collaborate to manage financial and contractual aspects of studies related to site activation or amendments.
• Establish controls to ensure resources and expenses align with budgets.
