Client Technology: Business Modules Lead - EY

CT Platform Business Modules Layer Lead – Director from EY Client Technology, a cornerstone of the EY Fabric technology platform. Leveraging a robust technology platform, the role focuses on accelerating the time‑to‑market for IT products, creating reusable business modules, and driving systematization across EY’s business functions.

Key responsibilities include end‑to‑end ownership of the Business Modules Layer portfolio, acting as the glue between business, developers, and technology. You will lead a multidisciplinary team encompassing strategy & architecture, experience design, engineering & development, program execution, and operations, and manage the entire product lifecycle – from ideation, architecture, platform engineering, and agile delivery to portfolio governance and financial performance.

  • End‑to‑end product management and delivery across the Business Modules portfolio.
  • Define product strategy, prioritize roadmap, and drive product releases.
  • Architect solutions and oversee platform engineering activities.
  • Lead and mentor a cross‑functional team of product, design, engineering, and operations specialists.
  • Maintain P&L, talent, communications, KPIs, and service experience management.
  • Develop a Solution Integrators ecosystem and manage vendor relationships.
  • Ensure the voice of the customer is integrated into portfolio design and service experience.
  • Conduct continuous lifecycle management of solutions, platforms, products, and enablers.
  • Partner with internal customers to validate requirements, refine priorities, and execute product plans.
  • Execute product launches, including campaigns and training, and maintain stakeholder engagement through demo cycles.
  • Drive strategy, portfolio prioritization, and roadmap execution in alignment with EY Technology, EY Fabric, and user feedback.
  • Identify and implement technology decisions (reuse, buy, build) and drive maximum results in collaboration with technology teams.
  • Report regularly on product direction, release plans, and performance metrics to senior partners and strategic customers.
