The opportunityTo be responsible for championing the Voice of Customer while leading a portfolio of inter-related Business Modules offered as reusable products and services consumed within the organization. To be accountable for end-to-end product management and delivery across the portfolio, acting as the glue between business, developers, and technology. To lead a team to cover multiple disciplines: strategy & architecture, experience design, engineering & development, program execution, and operations. To assess the portfolio’s level of success and seize opportunities for greater growth, efficiency, and reuse, while balancing potential risks and tradeoffs. To understand deeply the market dynamics, technology trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to ensure differentiated value. To conduct continuous lifecycle management of solutions, platforms, products, capabilities, and enablers/accelerators to address changing business needs in a highly dynamic environment.
Identify, plan and lead execution of desired business outcomes
