🎯Your Role

As a Client Success Manager – SEO Expertise, you’ll own the client relationship end-to-end, ensuring that strategy, delivery, and communication align perfectly to drive results.

You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, operations, and content teams to translate data and performance insights into actionable next steps. Your mission: ensure every client sees clear ROI, feels supported, and views the company as a long-term growth partner.

🧩You’ll :
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Build deep, trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Translate goals into actionable strategies with clear success metrics
  • Monitor SEO performance and campaign health via data dashboards
  • Coordinate deliverables and timelines across teams for seamless execution
  • Lead regular performance reviews and client presentations
  • Proactively identify upsell or expansion opportunities
  • Maintain transparent documentation through Notion, Asana, and Slack
💼You Bring :
  • 8–10+ years in Account Management, Client Success, or Digital Marketing
  • Experience as an SEO strategist and promoted to an SEO Account Manager handling US based companies
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Data fluency: able to interpret metrics and tell a compelling story
  • Experience as an account manager handling top accounts
  • High ownership mindset and bias toward action
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
