This role involves developing user-friendly materials, assisting project management, and ensuring documentation accuracy adhering to various guidelines. Ideal candidates will have at least three years of technical writing experience and familiarity with Microsoft Office tools. The position is crucial for communicating KYC processes effectively, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

  • Minimum of three years of practical experience with technical/procedural writing.
  • Experience in editing and communication.
  • Knowledge of financial services functions is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Develop and maintain Knowledge Management Assets including procedures and user guides.
  • Ensure documents conform to style guidelines.
  • Manage communications with project teams and business partners.
  • Facilitate review with stakeholders for procedure approvals.
  • Analyze processes for improvement and risk mitigation.
