Client Lead
We are looking for a Client Lead to be the direct point of contact for our clients with staff augmentation needs for the day-to-day operations. The Client Lead will be providing delivery oversight, account management and a commercial approach of our staff augmentation customers. They must have a solid understanding of the technology industry and staffing practices, as well as strong project management, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading new projects from scratch: negotiate contracts and agreements with the customer and be part of the negotiation process of hired resources with the recruiter.
- Ensure that terms, conditions and expectations are clearly defined for all parties involved.
- Manage the budget of each hired resource and the service as a whole, ensuring it stays within established parameters.
- Collaborate with the customer to understand their staffing needs and project requirements.
- Propose best practices to achieve successful staff augmentation service.
- Develop a project plan and strategy for required staff augmentation services, including estimated timelines, resources/profiles allocation and prioritization per customer needs.
- Work in liaison with the customer and recruiters to identify right talent and skills for projects.
- Ensure new resources are onboarded successfully and customer expectations met.
- Maintain accurate records of administrative tasks, including documentation related to resource allocation and contracts.
- Set up billing processes to bill the client accurately for staff augmentation services.
- Manage contracts throughout project lifecycle, including extensions or terminations as necessary.
- Monitor performance of staff augmentation resources and conduct regular reviews with customers and resources to identify issues and opportunities.
- Address challenges, conflicts or issues that arise during services, from both customer and resources sides.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with customer regarding service status and changes.
- Gather feedback from customer and resources for future enhancements.
- Earn trust and confidence in our service capabilities and contribute to growth of assigned accounts.
- Work closely with sales team to align strategies and coordinate efforts.
- Provide expertise on staff augmentation services and market insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years experience in managing agile software development projects.
- Strong experience working with staff augmentation services in the technology industry.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships up to executive level within client organizations.
- Skilled in technology stack and profiles.
- Strong focus on customer service and client satisfaction.
- Contract management methods/techniques and experience.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Willing to travel to local client offices on occasion.
- Must live in CABA/AMBAB.
