A premier vineyard hospitality company is seeking a Client Experience Specialist. You will manage international client visits to Mendoza's Uco Valley, ensuring exceptional experiences by coordinating itineraries and activities. Required qualifications include a university degree or professional training, at least 2 years in service roles, and proficiency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese as a plus. An interest in wine and willingness to work flexible hours is necessary. This role may require relocation to Mendoza.

Formación

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in service or account management roles.

Position Overview

We are seeking a multilingual Client Experience Specialist to expand our team. In this role, you will work directly with international clients, managing their visits to Mendoza’s Uco Valley. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure an exceptional client experience by coordinating itineraries, overseeing activities, maintaining records, and preparing visit summaries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for vineyard owners visiting Mendoza.
  • Organize vineyard and resort visits, as well as special events for vineyard owners.
  • Host client visits, manage their experience, and coordinate activities.
  • Maintain accurate client data in our digital platforms.
  • Ensure accurate recording of outcomes from Blending Sessions.
  • Update all relevant details in NetSuite.
  • Prepare and share visit summaries.
Requirements
  • University degree or professional training in relevant fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in service or account management roles.
  • Proficiency in Spanish and English; Portuguese proficiency is a plus.
  • A keen interest in wine.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, often on weekends.
  • Live in or willing to relocate to Tunuyan, Mendoza, Argentina.
