A health-focused company in Buenos Aires is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support its Configuration Team. This role involves understanding program design and client needs, handling back-end setup and configuration, and collaborating closely with Client Success Managers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer service, and strong skills in Microsoft Office. Excellent problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

Who are you?

Do you have a background, experience or pure passion for health and wellness? Do you get excited about learning how things are set up on the back end without being in development and be able to interact with clients? Looking for a Client Operations Specialist on the Configuration Team that is highly motivated and responsible for understanding our best practice models on program design and for the back end set up and game configuration for each of our sponsors by working with Client Success Managers to determine the needs for each client. This role will be responsible for investigating and resolving issues reported by our internal and external clients’ relevant offerings, plus the ability to update content areas for each sponsor set up. Collaborates closely with the Client Success Managers on their accounts to support each client through the client lifecycle.

  • Maintains a strong working knowledge of all aspects of all Virgin Pulse programs
  • Handles the back-end set up and configuration for clients that are making a change to their program
  • Works with Client Success Managers to determine the best set up for each client
  • Reviews client inquiries and research responses to issues while identifying when an item must be escalated
  • Responds to and resolves routine requests and questions. Seeks assistance from management with questions that are more complex
  • Attends promotional events for clients when necessary
  • Collaborate with other team members to continually improve processes to become more efficient
  • Perform special projects as requested

Qualifications

What you bring to the Virgin Pulse team in order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in related discipline
  • 1‑3 years of professional work experience in sales, marketing, account management or related customer service position
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office suite, especially Excel
  • Salesforce experience preferred
