YO AI Labs is seeking a remote, contractor Child & Youth Abuse Trauma Specialist to review AI-generated content and improve trauma-informed care for vulnerable youth. You will apply clinical expertise to evaluate and enhance guidance on abuse, trauma, and youth mental health, with no prior AI experience required.

The role involves analyzing case scenarios, identifying gaps, and collaborating with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure ethical, privacy-respecting, and safe AI outputs.

Qualificações

• MD/PhD in Psychology or PhD in Social Work with credentials.
• Extensive clinical experience with children/youth affected by abuse.
• Expertise in trauma-informed care and interventions for young survivors.
• Experience supporting individuals affected by abuse; strong ethics around privacy and confidentiality.

We are seeking experienced mental health professionals specializing in child and youth abuse to contribute to a customer project focused on improving AI systems' understanding of trauma-informed care and mental health support for vulnerable youth.

You'll apply your clinical expertise to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated content related to abuse, trauma, and youth mental health. No prior AI experience is required.

Scope of Work

• Analyze case-based scenarios involving child and youth abuse.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active professional experience supporting individuals affected by abuse.
• Strong understanding of clinical assessment, ethical decision-making, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
