Overall you will

• Work alongside Product and Backend teams throughout the feature lifecycle, from conception to deployment
• Break down complex requirements into manageable technical solutions

• Create comprehensive technical documentation and architecture guides
• Establish documentation standards for code and technical processes
• Guide technical decisions ensuring simplicity and effectiveness
• Lead code reviews focused on maintainability and performance
• Mentor team members on problem-solving approaches
• Track and report on key performance indicators for the mobile team
• Implement monitoring systems to measure app performance metrics
• Set achievable targets for crash rates, load times, and user engagement

Qualifications

• +4 years of experience working with Flutter in production
• +1 years of experience leading teams

• Established testing strategies resulting in improved app stability
• Set up monitoring and crash reporting systems
• Implemented complex navigation patterns and deep linking
• Optimized app launch time and overall performance

• Spanish and English proficiency
