Job Description: At Lime Cars, we are revolutionizing the car purchasing experience for TLC drivers. We provide a one-stop solution for acquiring electric vehicles, insurance, and TLC registration, making the transition to cleaner, greener driving smoother and more accessible. We are currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to contact individuals who have expressed interest in our services, explain our car purchase process, and guide them through to our office for further assistance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Explain the car purchase process in a simple and understandable manner.
  • Schedule and coordinate visits to our office for further consultation.
  • Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor during all interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
