Formación

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts and 4+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience with C#/.Net and multi-threaded applications in a large corporate environment.
• Experience with modern programming and database querying languages.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools with ability to evaluate AI outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Executes standard software solution design, development, and troubleshooting.
• Writes secure, high-quality code with minimal guidance in at least one language.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and testing.
• Designs and troubleshoots with consideration of upstream/downstream systems.
• Applies SDLC tools and automation to improve value of automation.
• Performs technical troubleshooting for basic-to-moderate problems.
• Analyzes large data sets to identify issues and aid decision-making for secure, stable development.
• Learns system processes and skills for secure, stable code and systems.
