Butterfly Configuration Specialist (Workflow Optimization Specialist)We are seeking a Butterfly Configuration Specialist with expertise in workflow optimization to drive process improvements and automation. If you have a keen understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to continuous learning, we invite you to apply!

Pay Range: $2,200 - $2,400 per month ( US Dollars) DOEContract Phase: The initial phase of employment will be as a contractor, providing services remotely. Upon establishment of our Buenos Aires office, the contractor will be offered a full-time position to continue contributions onsite.

Responsibilities

• Align business processes with strategic objectives and drive process improvements.
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement, automation, or optimization.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and identify process bottlenecks or inefficiencies.
• Suggest optimized process flows and help redefine configuration-related rules.
• Configure workflow systems to ensure processes align with business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into configurations.
• Document process configurations, create user manuals, and generate reports as needed.
• Maintain strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders from different departments or teams.
• Ensure effective management and communication of process changes to stakeholders.
• Uphold quality assurance standards and continuously learn new technical aptitude relevant to our industry.
