Formación

  • 4+ years of experience, comfortable with changing scenarios in a corporate environment.
  • Experience with Service Sales/Consulting is a plus.

What you will do
  • Handling end-user inquiries: detecting the problem, troubleshooting, dispatching, and closing the issue
  • Working in a multi-channel environment where support is provided via chat, call-out, ticketing
  • Engaging in simple exchanges or more complex consultations based on growing level of expertise
  • Exchanging best practices and following standard execution models to help our team be most productive
  • Participating in, contributing to, or hosting learning and networking activities to consistently grow know-how and collaboration
  • Working on scope-related or process-related projects within OnPremise, ServicesSales, or new deal motions to enable ongoing value to the business
