Technology Business Operations Specialist

Job Summary: In this role, you need to analyze and solve increasingly/higher/lower- problems and support the provision of regular management information, metrics, and analysis. Coordinate with ecosystem partner POCs and BG Leads team for planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks and activities. Participate in or lead projects and establish efficient communication channels. Work closely with Business Operations Leads to drive continuous improvement and optimization programs for operational processes. Support stakeholders in managing relationships with other BG Leads and their activities. Monitor ecosystem partner training and certification metrics and facilitate timely interventions. Use and/or create Excel/PPT views and dashboards for data visualization.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

Educational Qualification
