What will you do

By assuming this position, you will be leading a strategic brand and contributing to the growth strategy of Essential Health business.

  • Lead brand strategy within the cluster and brand execution in Argentina.
  • Analysis, follow up and recommendations for future plans regarding main business KPIs for category: Share, sales, P&L, price strategy, distribution, exhibition, commercial dynamics, etc.
  • Lead portfolio management and deployment of innovation taking into account main business metrics. Analyze and interpret market conditions in existing and potential markets making recommendations.
  • Lead brand plans by identifying market opportunities and trends, with focus on brand building and development whilst ensuring consumer and customer centricity.
  • Lead brand communication plans and follow up its implementation, ensuring key metrics and bringing innovation in the way we reach our consumers.
  • Maintain strategic partnerships through close relationship with commercial team to guarantee market and brand development.
  • Support LAS countries to guarantee strategy implementation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Similar.
  • Experience in marketing roles within FMCG companies is a plus.
  • Language: Advance English is required.
  • Leadership & Ownership.

  • Be able to work under pressure and in a dynamic environment.
