Job Description

AbbVie, a global biopharmaceutical company driven by research and innovation, is seeking a Brand Manager to join our Immunology team. This role is key to developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth and presence of our leading brands in rheumatology and immunology.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead the brand plan for Rheumatology products in South Cone, creating and executing integrated marketing strategies that reinforce brand value.
  • Design and implement tactical plans for the brand.
  • Manage the assigned budget efficiently to maximize marketing activity ROI.
  • Develop, adapt, and update promotional materials and scientific/commercial content, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with sales to ensure effective field execution (segmentation, key messages, innovation project implementation, training).
  • Lead launch, relaunch, or indication expansion initiatives, coordinating with regional and global teams.
  • Continuously analyze competitive environment and market trends, monitoring business KPIs (sales, market share, penetration, campaign performance) and proposing corrective action plans. Use market and customer insights to refine strategy and tactical plan.
  • Work closely with cross‑functional teams (sales, access, medical, finance, etc.) to ensure coordinated brand strategy execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, opinion leaders, medical societies, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • Education: bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Administration, Economics, Health Sciences or related fields.
  • Experience: minimum of 2 years in marketing or brand management roles in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in immunology.
  • Analytical skills: strong data analysis abilities and ability to translate insights into effective strategies.
  • Communication: excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present ideas/projects clearly and persuasively.
  • Languages: intermediate/advanced English for interaction with regional and global teams and reading scientific and business information.
  • Capability to lead and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

External: Patients, Health Care Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, payers, agencies (MR, PR, digital)
Internal: In‑field teams, Brand Team, Brand Team Leader, Area Commercial, Affiliate Management Team
