Cresta in Argentina is seeking a BIMModeler–MEP/Plumbing for US projects. You’ll create detailed plumbing shop drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, coordinate across disciplines, and resolve clashes before field execution.

Ideal candidates have hands-on hydrosanitary design and BIM coordination experience, with the ability to work remotely for US clients on a NY schedule. Competitive USD compensation and 18 PTO days are offered.

Qualificações

• Detailed plumbing shop drawings and 3D models in Revit MEP.
• Hydrosanitary networks design and BIM coordination.
• Experience with US-based projects and coordinating across disciplines.

Responsabilidades

• Develop detailed 3D models and shop drawings using Revit MEP.
• Perform clash detection and spatial coordination with disciplines using Navisworks.
• Review architectural/structural plans to identify coordination issues and propose solutions.

In this role, you will work directly with the client’s engineering team to develop detailed plumbing shop drawings and 3D models in Revit MEP, coordinate systems across disciplines, and resolve clash detections before field execution. This is an ideal position for Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineers, or Architects in Argentina with hands-on experience in plumbing design, hydrosanitary networks (Instalaciones Hidrosanitarias), and BIM coordination.
