Uptalent.io is seeking a proactive BIM Architect with 3+ years of experience for the US market. The role focuses on Revit-based construction docs, permit sets, detailed family creation, and lifecycle support from design to client presentations.

Candidates must be fluent in English, proactive communicators, and able to collaborate with US architects and consultants. Remote work from Latin America is required; portfolio showcasing US-market projects is essential.

Qualifications

3+ years of BIM architecture experience focused on the US market.
Proficient in Revit including construction documentation, permit sets, detailing, and family creation.
Experience supporting the full lifecycle of architecture projects: construction sets, building permits, 3D modeling, visualization, and client presentations.
Knowledge of US building codes and US permit submission requirements and processes.
Fluency in English, written and spoken.
Proactive communicator able to manage client communications and coordinate with US architects/consultants.
Strong project portfolio showing substantial US-market work, especially construction sets and technical documents.
Candidates must live in Latin America and be able to work remotely.
